I went to Dr Westendarp expecting the traditional acupuncture treatment however he introduced me to a totally unexpected approach to body alignment and movement that exceeded my expectations. He first did a complete evaluation of my shoulder, then performed a treatment that included neuromuscular massage, acupuncture and finally an in-depth demonstration of exercises that I could do to help heal faster.
